Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return shipping fees are deducted when the refund is processed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
We may request photos of the item, packaging, and/or shipping label so we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
If we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, The Iron Playground will cover any applicable return shipping costs and work with you to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Personal care goods
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale Items
Sale or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size, color, or item is to request a return for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable law.
As with other eligible returns, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.
Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Any applicable return shipping label cost will be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please allow up to 10 business days for an approved refund to be processed. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
